Why we built this

We watched founders freeze. We froze too.

We had AI that could write the app. We had templates, frameworks, accelerators, and more advice than any human can act on. What we didn't have was something that told us the one next thing worth doing.

The short version

We're founders. We've shipped things. We've also stared at half-finished projects for months, had the same pricing argument with ourselves four times, and launched into silence.

So we built the workspace we needed: one that remembers what we decided, picks three things worth doing on Monday, and shows its sources so we can trust the answer.

What we believe

Not aspirational values. The rules we use when we have to choose between two ways to build a feature.

One next step beats ten dashboards

Founders don't need another inbox. They need three things worth doing this week, ranked by what matters most.

Validate before you build

The idea that survives scrutiny is the one worth building. We help you test conviction, not just confirm bias.

Show the work, always

Every answer tells you the model, the sources, and the reasoning. If you can't see why, you can't trust it.

Respect the founder's time

Some weeks you don't need a nudge. Some weeks you disappear and ship. We don't gamify guilt.

Our mission

Help founders validate before they build

Every solo founder deserves a workspace that picks up where they left off and tells them the next thing worth doing. Not a chatbot they have to re-brief. Not a dashboard to configure. Just clarity.

Who's behind it

The Origin8 team

Founders who've shipped, stalled, restarted, and shipped again.
